How do I access the event?
Click Access Link to register (scroll down below the event description and countdown clock): https://inman-town-hall-july-16.heysummit.com/
Step 1: Choose Your Categories: TownHall
Step 2: Choose your talks: Select All
Step 3: Click NEXT
Step 4: Enter Name, Email, Company, Title, Phone Number then COMPLETE ORDER
You will be able to join the waiting room 5 minutes prior to the session starting at 2pm ET on the My Schedule page. At 2pm, the rocket icon will present you with a "Watch Now" button. This allows you to enter the session. To go back, return to the My Schedule page.
My login isn’t working. I can’t get into the event.
If you are registered, you would have received a confirmation email from Inman with the subject line: “You’re confirmed for TownHall!”
Please confirm you are using the same email to login as you used to register (this may be a different email than your Inman username).
My screen is frozen, I can’t see anything. The platform is not working.
If the screen happens to freeze, don’t panic! Simply refresh or reload the browser and within a few seconds, the show will go on.
Check internet connectivity. Like any streaming platform, HeySummit does require some bandwidth for a seamless user experience. It is ideal to be plugged in to a router through an ethernet cable, but a wireless connection should suffice as long as the device is receiving a strong signal.
If possible, avoid streaming (TV, gaming, etc.) on other devices while attending a virtual Inman event as that will affect the connection speed and may cause freezing or buffering.
Will the sessions be recorded / available after the live event?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available to Select members on Inman.com following the live event. You must be logged into your Select account to access.
I got sent to a page that looks like this (below). What do I do?
This page indicated that you are logged in with an email address that is not registered for the event. To logout, go to the top right-hand corner of the page. Click the 3 vertically stacked dots, then Logout. Log back in using the email address you used to register for the event.
Help! I don't remember what email address I used to register. How do I find out?
The email address you used to register is likely the one that received the event confirmation email.
If you can’t find the email confirmation and you’ve tried multiple email addresses, contact email@example.com for help.
